The most important day ever
Did you know that today is the most important day ever? I don’t mean today in the motivational speaker “hey, get off your butt and do something with your life” way. No, I actually mean today, May 9th. Why? Well for me it’s because on this day, May 9th, 197X (sorry I can’t reveal the year) Angela was born. Yep, today is Angela’s birthday. And for me, that is important. Very important. Almost as important as another date that is fast approaching. It is so important to me that it could be the most important day ever. So if Angela is important to you then take a minute and let her know.

This is going to sound really cheesy…so get ready…but that picture of Gerber Daisies actually reminds me of how beautiful and precious Angela is to me. Gerber Daisies are one of my favorite flowers…I am amazed at what a beautiful creation God has made…one single flower brightens my day; so many beautiful, brilliant colours and sizes. All for our enjoyment. God is so good! I am so thankful that He has given me the greatest sister-in-law ever! I love you Angela! You are a valuable and precious treasure to me!!!

Thank you for the beautiful birthday greeting. It makes me cry every time I read it because what you said about me was so beautiful but also I think the exact same way about YOU and you put it into such beautiful words.
Gerber daisies are one of my favourite flowers too that is why Kent used that particular flower.
I am going to miss you guys soooooooooo much…boo hoo. And tell Derek thanks for the call and yes, you guys are more than welcome to watch hockey with us.

Aww….sorry I missed your birthday, Ang!! Have a great year and Happy Belated birthday!! Gerber Daisies are my fave too…and apparently they are a tasty treat for squirrels and rabbits, too. (Grrr…).
